I am a guitar coach and mentor. My aim is to teach you the style of guitar you want to play. Bring me the music you wish to learn on CD or mp3 and I'll teach it to you. For beginners it all starts with chords and basic scales. My influences are soft rock right through to metal. I also work with singer song writers and can help with vocal tecnique and song craft. I always aim to make guitar an enjoyable experience for young musicians and see no point teaching styles of music and old tunes that my students don't enjoy. I am only here to work with you in your journey as a musician. My philosophy is if I can help you to love playing guitar then you will do the most important thing in mastering it: Play and practice in your own time. I suggest 1 half hour lesson per week combined with atleast 30 mins practice at home in your own time per day.
